The opening consists of many long shots and mysterious shots in a graveyard, as this is the whole concept of the zombie undead idea. Many people think this movie to be the film that now has influences the modern idea of zombie's being bloodthirsty living/dead unknown creatures.






"The radiation from a fallen satellite might have caused the recently deceased to rise from the grave and seek the living to use as food. This is the situation that a group of people penned up in an old farmhouse must deal with."

    that pocketessentials book i showed you today has analysis of this film, which i'm sure you could discuss in MUCH more specific detail applying a variety of media language!!!
